As the weather cools, Swiss chard looks better and better. It will stay crisp and succulent well into fall, even weathering several frosts. Use it in any recipe that calls for spinach. And, leave it in the garden because depending on the winter, it may sprout again in spring. See the recipes tab for a delicious easy greens recipe.
